Training and specialisation
Dr Garavaglia began his studies at the University of Milan, obtaining his Degree in Medicine and Surgery in 2004 and his Specialisation in Dermatology and Venereology in 2009, both with top marks.
In 2004, he was granted a licence to practise as a Surgeon and, since 2005, he has been registered with the Milan Order of Surgeons and Dentists (Ordine dei Medici Chirurghi e Odontoiatri di Milano).
Clinical and hospital experience
From the very start of his career, Dr Garavaglia has combined his academic training with practical experience, working as a dermatologist and aesthetic doctor in various medical practices in Milan. His commitment to hospital work has also been consistent: since 2006, he has been working at the Dermatology Unit of the IRCCS Galeazzi Hospital in Milan, initially as a trainee doctor and, since 2009, as a self-employed dermatologist.
This dual focus – hospital-based clinical practice and aesthetic medicine – forms the basis of an approach that combines diagnostic rigour with aesthetic sensitivity.
