Facial capillaries
Excessive dilation of blood vessels located in the most superficial layers of the skin can cause microinjuries that can take the form of tiny red lines, branches or dots. Also known under the medical name of Rosacea, these capillaries appear most easily on the cheeks, nose, forehead and chin and, among other things, this condition is mainly caused by prolonged sun exposure and frequent changes in temperature.
